Non-Participant Membership Process

The steps to the non-participant membership process are listed chronologically.

  1. Complete and mail all of the following to the membership application coordinator:

    Responsible: Member

  2. Application review

    Responsible: ISO-NE membership application coordinator

  3. Credit application and Financial Assurance review

    Responsible: ISO-NE Finance department

    Financial assurance requirements apply to FTR-Only Customers that plan to participate in the Day-Ahead Energy Market.

    Membership activation can occur intra-month provided the application is complete and Financial Assurance requirements have been met.
